Formation of Finance Committee

Overview

As we build out our developing statewide board structure, the intention is that our board of directors will appoint committees around areas of expertise.

Our first committee ready to be formalized is the Finance Committee. We’re requesting that the board do the following

1. Authorize the formation of the Finance Committee, by approving the resolution below.

2. Appoint the following as members of the finance committee:
1. Jason Cobb, Treasurer and committee chair.
2. Pete Wautlet, Director
3. Jon Thorngate
