5:00PM Meeting called to order.
Board Members Present:
Jason Cobb, Pete Wautlet, Paul Veldhouse.
Board Members Absent:
Jesse Adams
Hiring committee members joined the first part of the call to update on the upcoming on-site with the slingshot group. Carol Rigby and Jim Alexander joined, and were dismissed at 5:10 PM.
5:10 Minutes from 2/20/24 meeting were approved unanimously.
5:15- The board discussed different health insurance options for the upcoming shift of employees to 1000 Generations.
5:45 - The board discussed an updated contract (attached) for Jon Thorngate, effective 5/1. After discussion, Jason Cobb made a motion to approve. Pete Wautlet seconded. Motion passed unanimously.
5:57- Meeting adjourned.
