Draft of position profile was reviewed. Feedback was compiled, to be sent on to Slingshot Group.
Hiring committee members were dismissed at 5:20PM.
Carol Rigby remained on the call to be interviewed for board consideration. She was dismissed at 5:30PM.
5:30 PM Paul Veldhouse asked for a motion regarding the approval of Carol to join the board of directors. Jason Cobb seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously.
5:35 Further discussion ensued regarding the plan to shift licensing agreements with SFFC - Alliance, with a go live date of August first.
5:45 - Meeting adjourned.
